Shipping Information
We ship across Canada and the United States. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours for your convenience.
- USA & Canada: Your order should arrive within 4–8 business days.
- International orders incur a $26 shipping charge, are shipped via standard mail, and may take 3–4 weeks to arrive.
- All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging for your complete privacy.
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
No-Return Policy
Due to the intimate and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers. Personal wellness products cannot be resold or restocked once they have left our facility, regardless of whether they have been opened or used.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind every product we sell. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservicexoxosexy@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and, where applicable, offer a replacement at our discretion.
Lost or Missing Orders
